A “robust” yet balanced EVOO, fruitness of green almond, pepperiness of artichoke, and a finish of green tomato. Slightly buttery.
Best uses for Applications, and Versatility (On fresh greens, dipping breads, sautés, grilling, baking, heat recommendations, etc.)
- Shouldn’t be heated above 400°
- Other than being used raw (as a finishing oil) the recommended temp is a gentle 350°
- Great to finish on toast, salads, greens, etc.
- Cooking applications: gentle sauté (i.e. eggs and veggies), pasta sauces, dressings/marinades, baking, etc.
